Kenner Patton Custom Furnishings produces original heirloom quality furniture that can be passed down through the generations. We believe that your furniture should tell a story —your story. We also believe that your custom furniture will be of such high quality that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the end product, you don’t have to pay for it. We’ll keep it and start over, or you’re free to walk away without having to pay for it.

Give Us a Keepsake

Many folks hold on to sentimental items thinking, “One day I’ll do something with this.” That was the case with a couple from central Mississippi. They had removed a few large oak doors from a family home before it was demolished with no idea what to do with the doors. They only knew they wanted to hold on to something from the old home. When the couple met with Kenner, he learned they as well as their children were avid hunters and their grandchildren were showing the same passion for the sport. Kenner suggested taking the doors and using them as the front of a custom gun cabinet. Not only would the doors be showcased in a useful and beautiful piece of furniture, but the gun cabinet would be an heirloom piece treasured by future generations.

New Life for Old Wood

Living in the South, and especially this close to the Mississippi River, there are hundreds of opportunities to find “old” wood and make it new again. One of the most popular requests from our customers is for furniture made from this wood – wood that’s had a previous life, so to speak. Kenner has created conversation-sparking furniture from the salvage of old warehouses, barns, juke joints, shot-gun houses, and even from trees pulled up from the depths of the Mississippi River and its tributaries. (These trees fell off antebellum river barges over a century ago.) Each bundle of old wood is carefully cataloged. When your furniture is completed, you’ll know where the wood spent it’s previous life and can share it’s heritage story with family and friends.

Starting from Scratch

Sometimes the look our customers want in their custom furniture is more polished rather than rustic, and that’s cool – Kenner can do that, too. Styles that are upscale traditional, featuring fresh and on-trend colors as well as innovative options for today’s needs (like wire management) can be heirlooms too.
